Favorite BooksI'm really into the Abs diet books from Mens Health. Even though you can't see my abs, I've lost over 100 pounds because of those books. Best info I've ever paid for.
Skills/TalentsWell I'd say I do well most of the time on cars. It's a hobbie. Also I've been weight training for almost three years now so I'd say I've got that figured out. I'm looking to tackle some MMA training now.
Favorite FoodI hate to say it but breakfast is huge for me. I don't feel guilty cheating if it's in the morning so if I do and eat huge, I've got all day to use it up.
