More About MeI am an active person who enjoys good exercise 5/6 days a week using a variety of means. I run 4 miles daily. In summer I often substitute biking to preserve the knees Also enjoy hiking, weights. As weather permits, I mix in sports like tennis and golf, anything if I can find a partner. My health club is LA Fitness. During the fall I head to the Rocky Mountains annually for hiking/fishing/hunting trips. I love the mountains. They help keep me fit! I keep a healthy diet with lots of fruits and vegetables. As far as cooking and dining out, favorites are Chinese and Italian.n nI am an engineer inspecting facilities throughout Illinois and Wisconsin. I work mostly at our office in Bloomingdale, but often I am on the road or working from home. I was previously a self employed custom home. builder/developer for 20 years. I have three sons, ages 25, 21 and 20. One lives in NW Indiana and two live in Texas with my ex. I've been divorced for 6 years. I have participated in many different sports/activities and my hope is to find an active woman who enjoys at least one or two of these to share with. She doesn't need to hike the Rockies, but should be able to accept my activities. Of course I also enjoy traditional activities like movies, dining out, museums, the beach, family activities, etc. As you can see by my Western photos, I am the adventurous type. My motto is........If not now, when? I am a doer, not a talker. Geography and history are very interesting to me. Checking out new mountains, canyons and streams is fun. Visiting new towns and cities along the way is also interesting.n nGood sense of humor is a must because I am always joking around. Life is too short not to. My humor is sort of dry. Most all my dates like me because I keep a conversation going and treat them nice. I'm very honest and loyal, and extremely harmless! Serious relationship not a must, I'd also be happy to just make some friends to share activities. I am not handsome, but I am not ugly..............I think? My nose is kinda big so if you like small noses you probably shouldn't wink me. Ideal summer date would be to load up the bikes and head to the Chicago lakefront for some biking, maybe a boat ride, then ride to Chinatown for dinner.
