I am 39years old but I don't usually feel that old....except when I see the gray hairs in my beard. I don't think that I would say I am specifically type A or B personality....I can be both...just really depends on my mood at the time. I try to be kind to people and expect that others will treat me the same way in return. I like to exercise....but I also love to lay on my couch. I wish I could sit still and turn my brain off sometimes....but this rarely works.
