I used to make and enjoy strawberry shortcake, roast with potatoes, carrots, and onions, then serve with rice; make spaghetti with pepperoni in the sauce and have a nice green salad with garlic bread; homemade tacos or burritos; make all kinds of cakes, like German chocolate, strawberry, lemon, etc. ; make homemade oatmeal, pecan, chocolate chip cookies, just to mention a few.
