- More About MeI joined this site in the hopes that there is one great guy out there. I have an adventurous spirit and love trying lots of new things but am comfortable with the simple things as well. Although I have many interests, being with people who I can laugh and have fun with, cooking for family and friends and spending time with someone special are some of my favorite things to do. Having recently enrolled in on line college, I’m working towards a degree in Veterinary Technology (better late then never!!) The type of relationship I’m hoping to find needs effort from both people to grow into a healthy lasting relationship. It requires communication, attraction, compromise and trust. I think a healthy relationship also needs air (by that I mean…both need their space to do the things they enjoy individually) but at the same time, it needs quality time spent together to have fun, get to know each other and to grow naturally. I know that I am not perfect but have a strong sense of who I am. I have alot of respect for myself as well as others. I’m an affectionate hopeless romantic and love being a woman and can go from being the consummate girly girl to putting on a baseball hat and heading for the stadium. I tend to have a low tolerance for those who love high drama and who are insincere and I would rather look forward to the future…not back in the past and enjoy all that life has to offer. I think we tend to have an idyllic image of how perfect everything should be but the reality for me is…if at the end of the day we can say we are happy together, regardless of what trials come up along the way, it would be a relationship worth being very grateful for.
