She would have to be patient and understanding. I prefer her not to have children at home as my son is an adult now and I have already played dad once. I do love kids don't get me wrong but I'm not interested in raising anymore. I tried it and it did not work out well for me at all. So this is a deal breaker for me. I would also like her to have a good job and enjoy having a beer with me and if I'm in the mood going to see a performance at the theatre or to an art museum. In other words she would have to be versatile.
