Can dress and act for the occasion but knows how to bum, a Christian but not a religious nut, a lady that's real and not afraid to let herself be who she is, that has goals and wants in life but not materialistic, that knows how to give but not submissive. One who fits into the situation without selling herself short. Which comes first? Love or friendship? When I fall in like, love will follow. When I don't have to ask myself if I'm in love, I must be. A minister once asked his congregation, "What is love?" He answered himself by saying "Love is a conversation that's always too short built upon integrity." That's what I want. And, you? What say you, mate? One thing I would add, is if/when I find this lady, it’s a lifetime thing. Do I believe a relationship requires a lot of hard work? Of course not. At least not for mature adults. Who in their right mind would want to go through that at our ages? Know what you’re doing before you do it. Love can come fast or slow. If you’re looking for that high school type heart throb, pass me by. We’ll both get hurt. That’s not love, it’s just hormones trading places. Love is maturity, logic and a forever commitment. Not a trial based on heart beats. Not trying to be too harsh but I just don’t want a person in love with love where your love is based on ‘ifs’. If we meet, we’ll both know and neither will be disappointed.
