Favorite MusicI really enjoy all of the oldies because they were the songs that bring back great memories of my growing up years when you could understand all of the words and our emotions of being infatuated with the girl of our dreams was very high.rnrnI was taught the trombone from the sixth grade on and played trombone in my high school marching and concert band so I do enjoy all of the marches we played and the classic concert band pieces. rnrnMy mother was a church organist for over 50 years and so I learned all of the hymns she played and enjoy singing them. rnrnSince I did play bass in a rock and roll band called The Chosen Few for a year or two when I was in high school, I have fond memories of groups like The Young Rascals and The Rolling Stones, Chuck Berry, The Byrds, and of course The Beatles. rnrnI enjoy listening to Andrea Bocelli, Barbara Streisand, yikes there are so many flavors and styles of music that I enjoy, and when the mood strikes me even classical music from Bach to Beethoven and Brahams. The Beatles, Simon and Garfunkel, Otis Redding, The Temptations and all of the Motown sound. rnrnHeck, I even enjoy most country artists and appreciate their real life story telling.rnrnAnd I do dance, even though I sometimes have to be coaxed, just a little. LOL rnrnI find great joy in music
Favorite TV ShowsWho hasn't watched The Food Channel recently? I think just about everyone's seen Diners, Drive Ins and Dives. Love to cook and pick up little tips, so I'm hooked. rnrnI'm mainly a channel hopper and watch several shows at once, usually prefer documentaries, PBS, Fox News, you could say I enjoy most of the Philadelphia sports teams so when they're on I do watch them. rnrnMost of the time I watch TV it's because I'd like to learn something, and since it's quit difficult to do that, I watch C-Span to see what our government is up to.rnrnI would rather watch comedy and the classic movies that are really good drama and weave you through an interesting story.

Favorite PlacesFor me, anywhere near the water, the ocean (actually the beach is my favorite place) a quiet lake or stream, river, pond. The water has a very soothing effect on me and I so enjoy going to the beach, getting a hotel room right on the water, opening the sliding glass doors at night and hearing the waves crash into the shore. rnrnI'm actually getting the urge to cruise a lot more, any place to explore and have fun, without all of the hassles of traveling.
