More About MeOK..where do I start?? I am easy to get along with and happy most of the time. I'm a country girl at heart...no big cities for me. I enjoy going for long walks on the beach or the lake shore. I also enjoy fishing although I haven't done that in quite sometime. I enjoy spending time with my friends and family but sometimes I need a few days of solitude.. I come from a very patriotic family and I love my country. My brother just retired from the service after 20 yrs. He did 2 tours in Iraq. I am very proud of him. I myself grew up as an Army brat. My respect for the military and my country is very high on my list. If this does not fit in with with your lifestyle you need not respond. Another passion I have is for animals. As soon as I was old enough to know what they were I have had a connection with them. I love to cook and I am a good cook. Plain simple cooking is my forte in the kitchen. I do get a little adventurous at times but I find that most people like good hearty food that satisfies the palate and the stomach.. I try to eat healthy because thats just what your suppose to do these days but once in awhile I just have to have a big fat juicy steak with all the trimmings. Ummm, Ummmm ... Any of you getting hungry yet??n I haven't lived here that long..about a yr and a half ..that's here in Washington state by the way. My husband and I lived in Alabama for 4 yrs before he passed away. Before that I lived in Mexico for 10 yrs.. My immediate family lives here in Wa. State so it just made sense to relocate here. My immediate family consists of my two brothers and their families and my Mom who just turned 88. Washington is a beautiful state and there is so much to see. I like to take long drives and explore new places. Sometimes with family and friends and sometimes I just feel like going alone. .At the present time I live with my Mother. I know what that sounds like but she was kind enough to open her home to me until I decide what my next step is. It is not by any means permanent! I am old school and was raised with good old fashion family values. I feel a man should respect a women for who she is but that should be reciprocated in return as well. I want to be able to talk and be open that special person about anything and above all be completely honest with each-other. I like to laugh so bring on the funny side of yourself. ...You only go round once in life...you can sit back and let it slip away, or you can grab the"Bull by the horns" and have a great ride! Try something different....something you've never done before. I have a fear of heights but I have always wanted to go up in an Air Balloon. One day I will conquer that fear and be waving to everyone from above.... i wonder if they can fit a gurney and defibrillator on those Balloons.Well , there's a lot more but if I told you everything we wouldn't need to communicate at all would we? Its OK..all you have to do is ask. Tell me one thing before I end this...Whats your "Grab it by the horns" thing to do. May-be I could be there to watch you accomplish it!!
