- More About MeI'm a full time student at New Mexico Tech, working on a tripple major in physics, math, and chemistry. I love just about every scientific field I come across, and couldn't bring myself to choose just one.nnAs horrifically nerdy as that makes me sound, I do have a normal, healthy social life. I'm the sort of person who tends to have a small group of really close friends, rather than a large group of acquaintances. My friends might tell you that I'm not a "people person", and it may look that way at first, but it's not not true at all. I don't like competing for attention in large groups, and I'm not that great at starting conversations with people I don't know, so at parties, I often end up off to the side with one or two people that I know and like, rather than in the middle of everything, but I'm always thrilled to make new friends.nnI like a lot of different kinds music, and have been known to listen to some of almost every genre. Some of my favorites, though, are Lady Gaga, P!ink, and The Red Army Choir. I'm also a total sci-fi nerd. I love Star Trek, Star Wars, Doctor Who, the Star Gate series, and lots of shows like that. My taste in movies is usually similar, but I also love old samurai movies, action thrillers, comedies, and even the occasional western.nnI am intensely loyal to those who are close to me, and will do absolutely anything for family, friends, girlfriends, and anyone else I care about. I hate mind games with a burning passion, and will never play them. Perhaps the only thing I hate more in a relationship is dishonesty. I will not tolerate liars. In relationships, I try really, really hard to be the kind of partner I would want to have. I am extremely careful never to ask from others what I wouldn't give myself, or hold others to standards I couldn't to meet. I know that I will make mistakes in any relationship, and I expect anyone I'm with to eventually do the same. When that happens, I try to deal with it the way I would want them to had it been me that screwed up. Also, perhaps the most important thing there is to me in a relationship is knowing that the person I'm with will continue to be there, even if something goes wrong, so I try really hard to make sure that whoever I'm with knows I'm not going anywhere. If you're honest, and you don't deliberately hurt me, it is extremely difficult to upset me enough for me to give up on you. I don't abandon people unless mightily provoked, and never because of an honest mistake, or a problem beyond their control.nnI think the things I hate most in all the world are bullying, and cruelty. There is nothing I believe in more strongly than everyone's right to freely express themselves, and to live however they like, without fear of judgement or criticism. I hate racists, sexists, homophobes, and anyone who bashes people for how they look, how they dress, or how they live. There is nothing you can be, and nothing you can do with your own life that will lower my opinion of you, truthfully. I aspire to be the least judgemental and most open minded person possible.
