I live in a small town and when i was working before retiring, i could be seen helping people in distress, been in the newspaper,TV News reports etc. When you think about it there are mainly three types of public service that fits this description. It wasnt Govt, It was private that worked hand in hand with Govt Agency or alone. I may change this later. But if you had met me in the course of my job you may have said, i really need your help.
