More About MeSomething about me…I sat here today to give this portion of the online profile some time because I wanted to offer up some facet of me that is completely genuine and so shrouded in inner truth that it becomes somewhat elusive with transparency. I am 35 years old now and there is little left of the boy I once was. That change began with the first word of the first book I ever read all the way through. The book was called “Minding the Body and Mending the Mind” written by a woman named Doctor Joan. The point of the book was how to meditate. I can remember how strongly I was taken by the possibility of being the master of my entire mind and harness the limitless potential therein. there are only a few key facets to a successful meditation practice. They are the simple synchronizing of the breath, and the thoughts, be them verbal or images then the gradual slowing of that awakened awareness until fully recognized. Then to the point that absolute control is to be chosen at will the moment you are able. The concept of the mind churning thoughts till the day it is found silent is not to strange at all. It has been 5 years since the dayI gained control of my random thought system and for the last 5 years i am living with realized silence or the invoking of thought word for word. I also possess the ability to choose to, or not to, allow any and all imagery as well…
