Subjects You Think AboutWhen i was in college in the mid-70's. had a chance to interview the Governor of California, (Ronald Reagan) he gave me HIS SECRET TO STAYING YOUNG, 12 ingredients in one 12 oz. glass per day!......IT WORKS! I am very fortunate at my age to be drug free, no medications, no pills, clean and certified, exercise keeps us young!! I like being natural and just my self, thankful for my excellent heath I try to walk and work out 4 to 5 days a week!! My stamina is as good today as it was in college 38 years ago! Still throw baseballs with my sons (they dont throw slow either)!! lol lol lol... appreciate maturing gracefully want to grow older and wiser with my significant other and climb new mountains, overcome any hardships, and simply live each day to it's fullest, and help people along the way whenever I can!!!! MY cup is; and will always be 1/2 FULL! Want to settle in with a wonderful woman whom together, our two spiritual flames will burn brighter together! :-).......
Life GoalsHave raised three boys, a pair of twins on their own, 1 in medical school, the third graduated from H.
