We separated because she wanted to have more children, and I had a vasectomy after our child, we were raising her son and my two from my 1st marriage. I thought for was enough, but she wanted more. So she found someone else. I have our daughter almost every evening when I get off work, and on my days off. I have my other son and daughter everyday, their mother hasn't seen them in 2 years.
