I like to look at things from the perspective of something bigger than myself and how choices effect everything around us. I can be a bit of a thinker, but I try not to take myself too seriously. Sometimes I am successful and sometimes I'm not! In social situations, I gravitate toward one on one and small group gatherings. I really like to share and connect with the person or people I am around. I have wonderful friends that I would do just about anything for and I think they would say the same about me. We are there for each other to laugh and celebrate when things are great (and sometimes even when they're not!) and cry together. People would describe me as very outgoing, but sometimes I feel shy on the inside. My relationship with God is very important to me, and I would like to share that with the person I am dating. I am looking for somebody that is lighthearted and likes to laugh, but who can also be cerebral. Somebody that can find the humor in most situations, but is also able to be empathetic when it might be needed. I'm pretty comfortable in my skin, and am interested in dating somebody that is also comfortable in their skin. To me this simply means being honest and accepting about vulnerabilities and where you are confident, and not thinking that either of these things define who you are. In relationships, I feel like it is really important to be able to communicate thoughts and feelings. I do my best to be successful with this, and am looking for this quality in a partner as well. I have been exploring life for awhile, and now I'm really starting to feel the desire for a long-term relationship. This is my first time ever doing the on-line thing, so I am feeling it out as I go!
