Then I look at the Sarah Palins and the George W.s of the world and ask myself "If these are the leaders that come out of the "best" schools that the conservatives have, then we as a country have got a more severe problem than we have previously rcognized.
Who I Would Like to MeetI seek a woman who knows what she wants and how to get it. She alsop has the flexibilty to change her mind to reflect the "found conditions" of reality. She is able to find satisfaction in not only her work effort but also in the results of my endeavors. She is strong, a capable individual who will be able to care for me when the end of life grows more and more inescapable. She will also be an advocate for me. Others NoticeI am a bit shy and appear to be nervous. This is beause I have a mild, slow progress form of Parkinson's. I am very happy with how I am adapting to the changes it brings with it. And I try to reassure others that I am actually very good at handling it. Another thing that is noticable is that I am an altrusitic person. I genuinely care about others and I put my concern to good use by volunteering. I am an architect and a dedicated problem solver.nnI am always searching for the win-win solution to disputes. Favorite FoodI like all foods to some degree. easier to list my non-favorites. I do not care much for the cucumbers and olives, that are found in Greek food. For sea food, I like fish. I do not like to eat animals that eat other animals poop. I like desserts.
Favorite PlacesI love Italy! Would go there at the drop of a culinary cap. I also love England, the society there knows how to do things properly and right! I have been in 49 of the 50 and 20+ countries. California is the best state and I love Yosemite!
Life GoalsI do not have a bucket list. I am quite busy with the volunteer activities and feel that my goals and aspirations are satisfied by them. I recognize that I am nearing the end of my life, and I try to live each day to the fullest. I don't know when I will die, my genes are very strong for a long life time. My father smoked 3 packs of cigarettes a day and lived to 91 years of age, he died on day short of his 92 birthday. And my mother lived to be 92 years old. I take these lifetime statistics as an indicator of my probably life time and recognize that I have probably got another 25-30 years to go. Unless I develope pneumonia from inhaling food (the most likely cause of death among parkinsonians.
