On the other hand, I have also been told by others that I may be a bit reserved at first, a good listener, that my warmth and affection show best over time with comfort level, and that my sense of humor can be a bit dry at times. And me, I can unequivocally state that I am not perfect. I enjoy a stimulating conversation, dining out, seeing a live performance concert, theater show, movie, or doing the same, or more just being comfy and cozy at home. nnReality is that the world is unfair, and we cannot change it. Knowing that, we still can build our own little world that is fair, just, honest, equal, common sense based and without limitations. Generally, I see the glass half full, in a positive way. Yet, on those limited, rare occasions, I believe that I am smart enough to see the glass half empty. When I am wrong, or make a mistake, I believe in owning up to it promptly, apologizing, and/or resolving any issue as soon as possible. Learning from one's own mistakes and not repeating them is good thing, although easier said than done. The past cannot be changed. I live for today and the future. When I do a something good for someone, nothing is expected in return, except maybe a thank you will do. While forgiveness comes easily for me, I am turned off by deceit, pettiness, self-centered, jealousy, hypocrisy, use of vulgar language, bragging, and the need to be one better than another person. Life is too short. If you don't understand the meaning of the preceding comments, you probably don't want to meet me.
