Favorite FoodBeef bowl, description? try sirloin beef cut into thenstrips and boiled with spices and onion until tender and the ladled onto a bowl of perfect white rice, talk about flavor explosion, even without the the strips of ginger and / or hot peppers you can garnish it with, I tend to knock off at least 2 large bowls with ease and will be possibly eyeing a third depends upon my hunger. Absolutely delicious!
