- More About MeI have always been planning on moving to the Twin Cities, and especially since the company I started working for right out of college is headquartered in the Twin Cities. So I just transferred with them in October (2007) and got a great job, and I am finally living in the Twin Cities! I've wanted to be a CPA and move to the Twin Cities since I was in middle school, so my dream has finally come true :-) So since I'm new to the Minneapolis area, I am definitely looking forward to meeting new people here to have fun with! ;-)
I enjoy traveling, shopping (any big mall, especially the Mall of America), a good dinner (Italian: favorites are Olive Garden, Johnny Carino's, & Macaroni Grill; and steak: Outback and Texas Roadhouse), playing sports or watching them, working out by running and lifting weights (not my favorite thing, but I need to keep my figure somehow!), hanging out with my friends, meeting new people, and enjoying warm days in the summer at the lake. It's so nice going to the lakes just to get away to relax. It's fun to have a drink and go out for a pontoon ride, and tubing and jet skiing are always fun too. I love to go out and meet new people, so that's why I like the busy bars and going downtown and dancing the night away! As for sports, I love watching golf (Tiger Woods) and trying to play it (anyone want to help me with my swing?!), college basketball (UNC), rollerblading, and playing just about any other sport. I also like just going for walks, biking, and hiking. I also like finding/listening to new music before it's over played on the radio. My Ipod is great for that!
I love traveling, and my best trip by far was when I went to Cancun for spring break in 2005! Then I went to Orlando in 2006 for spring break. That was my third trip to Orlando. I've also been to Denver a few times and Phoenix and Tucson. The next trip I am hoping for is Vegas!! I am hoping to do that soon since I finally passed all my CPA tests! But...I did have a fabulous opportunity come up in the spring of 2007 (thanks Kristen!!)... I went to England for two weeks with a friend to visit her family and I even went to Paris by myself for 3 days! It was a great last minute trip and I would love to go back and see more of Europe! Now in April of 2008 I went to Cabo San Lucas, Mexico with a friend.

Favorite MusicI love music, and I mostly listen to Hip-Hop, and a little bit of R&B, Reggae, and Pop. I especially love Hip-Hop as I love dancing to it when I am out at the clubs/bars!! ;) I also have to have music like that to workout out to, especially for running on the treadmill. I have a lot of favorites, but they change a lot too as I like trying to find new music before the radio overplays it.
