Favorite Places1. If memory serves, there is a place outside El-Paso that serves the biggest T-Bone steak in the USA. I think the place is called, "COWBOYS" or "Cattlemens". The next place could be my First chice on every other day. A few years back my Sister, Paula and her husband took me to a place called, "Hillbilly Hideaway". This resturant is Northwest of Greensboro, North Carolina. I think they call the community Belew's Creek. This place serves the best, very best country cooking in the South East. Words can not define the Service and attention to detail these people put into this establishment. It is in one word, AWESOME!!!
Subjects You Think AboutI think of my Father and Grandfather quite often. They are both gone from this world now. I miss them so much. However, I look forward to the times I am able to spend with my only son, Matthew. He just finished college in Carolina. He has a bright futire ahead of him.
Friday or Saturday Nights ISadly to say at home. For the past 2 to 3 years I've had to adjust to being out of the military. Don't want to bore anyone with my military history. They told me because of years of service and jumping out of planes along with trying to stay alive at times finally caught up with a man in his 40's. I have recovered from what they called 100% disability. Thank God because Uncle Sam has been very generous to me.
Life GoalsMy life has taken a 180 degree turn the past few years. I'm finding out just how much being a civilian. I can only pray that as I go forward I will make sound decisions and find good friends as I finish this journey called life!
