Well, maybe it's not, but if you come home to your favorite flowers, a glass of perfectly chilled wine of your choice, a bubble bath drawn for you, not us, with your favorite music playing, well, I love doing that, and a thousand other such things on occasion. I expect nothing in return! This sort of arrival home, on a totally regular Thursday, is for you and only you. As a professional musician since 1968 I see so much more in a true, loving relationship than most men do that sometimes I come off as the weird one. Well, never lie, cheat, or fail to tell me what's on your mind and I can be a real man, and a fool in love at the same time. Who ever you are, with me as your man life will never be stale, predictable, or lacking of my attention.

Subjects You Think AboutFor the last three years I have been focused almost all of the time how I am going to get a simple, but comfortable retirement, hopefully with a week or two to enjoy the fruits of, for the third time, starting from scratch. I will do it if for no other reason than I will give those who have broken me, both my heart, and my wallet a simple, "Hey there, I'm back!" I will be back, yes again. I love to work, but I also will never give up. As long as the Lord allows me, I will come from where I am at present, to a leader in whatever job direction I end up selecting. Put me down? Go on life, give it your best shot. I have not cheated, lied, or anything even close. I will not quit. NEVER!

Life GoalsAt one time I was the high school band director and music department chairmen of the best AA band program in Arkansas. I was a member of the state music board of control, conducted summer band camp bands, was truly honored to have been hired to judge band contest in four states and was published twice in a national music educator magazine. That was not ego! It was some God given talent in the area of hearing pitches in tune, high, or low. That ability can not be taught. Everything else I earned through a never say die attitude and working around 70 hours a week, every week, with an honest smile because I totally loved teaching young people the beauty of making music, and an educated life long joy of hearing, as opposed to having some music on where ever they were. Now, I do not have 30 more years to make important concepts in another area of education. But, I will. Teaching,[ truly behind several personal, family, and finding my lady so I can grow old being her man,] is who I am. I am a father, grandfather, son, brother, uncle, and to a select few, a true friend. I am in no rush at all, however I would, and intend on, adding husband to that list. And even that, the title of husband and wife are not, at all, the most important part of a true love relationship. Marriage, ok, if it means that my lady would feel better about us, as well as herself, I have no problems at all having another wife. I just know, from past experience, that a title does not a loving, honest, romantic, and hell yes fun, relationship make! The love of my life, so far, was never my wife. Nothing can be any sadder, this lady, while we were engaged, lost her child. After that, we had no chance as a couple. I call her once a year, visit her child once a year, and cry, pray, and move on. Anyway, my first goal is to find a job that will get me the "things" I have to have to go to grad. school. Then, I want to start a serious, careful, fun, search for a lady to love, that will love me in return. I am not ashamed in any way to admit for all to see, I am lonely! I haven't had a truly fun date since my divorce. I miss you ladies. Take a chance, a small one, write me and I you. Be totally open and I swear I will also. Are many of you tired of being alone, even if you are dating twice a week! I know I am. Then get school started and add whatever I can to the educational system of our state, then out nation. No step for a stepper! haha
SecretSure! Bout 30 years ago it got all over Delaware that I had took crazy. Well, I thought what the hell. If I'm gonna have to work any at all to end all of this crazy talk, I'll just where it might get me. It wasn't a week till the whole town had a meeting about me over at the old school house. The craziest thing happened. Everybody, I mean everybody was at that meeting to see what the could do, should do, hire someone in and have them do. It was big. The very next day ol crazy Jake came rollin into town in a brand new black Trans Am and let me tell ya, it was loaded. If they had it in 1970, my Trans Am had it too! Everybody just stared, some ran, then a few went for their guns. Guess what? Nobody in the entire town of Delaware, Arkansas, I mean nobody could find a gun! The really strange thing about all of this is that even with my new ride parked up at the cafe, not one person, not one ever even ask me a single question about right around 700 missin guns! I reckon they just knew I could not have had anything to do with all of them guns. Everybody knows a crazy person in Arkansas ain't even allowed to touch a gun, much less steal enough to buy a brand spankin new Trans Am. Laws er laws I reckon.
